What Ever Happened to '...And The House Fell Down' Live?

I was playing 'TC&TK' today in it's entirety for the first time in at least a year and when '...And The House' started, it stuck in mind that to my knowledge, Elton never played this one live. Now of course, they're many newer songs in recent years that have never been played live, but this entire album had been played, barring 'And The House'?

Any guesses why? The only one I could think of was that it has some pretty complex piano work in it?...

The Fox....one of Elton's best all around ALBUMS from the '80s?

Most of Elton's 80s albums were two or three really good 'hit' songs surrounded by mainly filler and second-rate tunes. But The Fox is the exact opposite...it contains no songs that really leap out at you as "wow, that should have been a hit!" but instead works much better as a whole.....one song leads nicely to the next and start to finish I think the whole thing, while maybe a little dull sounding in parts and dated compared to what came after, works really well as a...

Just wanted to say that I like this song and don't care that 99 percent of Elton fans think it's lame and cheesy.
Plus I have a nice memory of sitting on the couch with a girl I was dating once and playing it for her. That always helps.

It just occured to me the other day that Elton has been wearing different weaves of sorts since 1992. That's 17 years!! The first weaves were hideous, but these days his hair looking really good and realistic.

Personally, it made me feel as though the two old codgers struggled a bit with these shows, loads of mistakes, lyrically and rhythmically. lyric switch in Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters

i've noticed the past few years that whenever elton performs "mona lisas and mad hatters" in concert, he changes the song's final verse from the one beginning with "now i know..." to the one beginning with "subway's no way..."

i figured this was a recent change (the first time i'd heard the song with a repeat of the "subway" verse was at his 10/5/01 show in cleveland) but after listening to a bootleg of one of elton's...

... haven't heard anything in forever. Hasn't anyone on here heard something about Elton's next studio project? When is he going back into the studio? Is it that Leon Russell thing that was talked about months ago or is it original Elton/Bernie material. It's been 3 years since Captain and the Kid and I'm getting RESTLESS!!!!
